This past year has seen a woman – Teresa May, become Prime Mister of UK and Cressida Dick has been appointed as the head of the Metropolitan Police. This is fantastic news! There is however still a lot to do to get to equality in many areas. This is why this year’s theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Be Bold for Change’ and the evening promises to be a platform for change and dialogue.

The evening will also mark the launch of The Great British Chai Party, 
our exciting initiative focusing on the elderly and supporting the Government’s initiatives for a better quality of life in this age group.
